Asset Inspections

Our experienced team conduct routine inspections on power poles to assess their internal integrity and condition. We perform the necessary chemical treatments protecting against white ants and pole rot. Inspections are carried out annually or every four to seven years depending on the circumstances.

Our pole top inspection cameras using thermal imaging, inspect the condition of assets including – pole top transformers, switch gear, section breakers, transformers, cable termination, VT’s, Ct’s and capacitor banks.

Entron also use ultrasonic sounds testing for overhead power lines and to test the partial discharge on insulators, cable connections and auxiliary assets.
